Toyota FT-86 Open Concept (Convertible)
Toyota will unveil its Convertible version of their FT-86 or Scion FRS at the Geneva International Motor Show. Get an idea of how it will look like without its top. This is just a concept model for the convertible FT-86 to test the market reaction for this idea. The external dimension is said to be the same as its hard-top replacing them by multi-layered fabric roof and a glass rear screen. The rool will be folding down behind the fixed rear seat taking up some trunk space, but said to be minimal.
Powertrain will be the same as its hard top FT-86 with the 2 liter four cylinder boxer engine. Will be great to actually see this on the showroom nearby. Watch the video below and also more pictures at our gallery.
