Saab 9-X Air BioHybrid

The Saab 9-X BioHybrid concept was launched March this year and along with the upcoming Paris Motor Show Saab 9-X Air BioHybrid will be joining its older brother.

This aerodynamic looking car is actually powered by a 1.4 liter BioPower turbo engine by GM’s next-generation hybrid system. Running on E95 fuel (85% bioethanol/15 % gasoline), the engine delivers a powerful 200 hp (147kW). You will get from 0 to 100km/h in 8.1 seconds and projected CO² emission of just 107 g/km.

Saab 9-X AirBioHybrid will hybrid system is electrical motor with lithium ion battery pack with electric power boost, regenerative braking, fuel cut-off and automatic engine re-start.
