2011 Mercedes-Benz R-Class

The second series of the Mercedes-Benz R-Class is unveiled with a brand new look. R-Class is the very first full-sized MPV produced by Mercedes-Bens. First production was on 2005 and we are now looking at the 2011 Mercedes-Benz R-Class.

It does carry the same curvy and sporty look as the current R-Class. The big difference is the head light which previous model look a little odd, but it has now perfected the R-Class looks. This car now look a lot sportier and aerodynamic.

There will be two options of engines for the US market. A 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine with 268 hp and a max torque of 258 lb-ft and a V6 diesel with 210 hp and turqoe of 400 lb-ft. The fuel consumption of both engine are 14 mpg city (19 mpg highway) for the gasoline and 18-24 mpg for the diesel.

This is a perfect family car that would fit upto seven-people and you could fold the rear seat to make room for maximum storage space. To entertain your pessenger, you will have two 8″ screens, DVD player and wireless headsets. And of course you have your iPod or iPhone to hook onto your audio system.
